From excellent customer service to a well designed and well built product, this hitch did not disappoint. I decided to do the install on my own as there were already a handful of reviews and DIY's already out there. Stealth hitch even provides their own set of install instructions complete with colored photos in an easy to follow, step by step format.

Customer service was amazing. From start to finish. I took for installation and we realized that i ordered the wrong ball mount. The did not hesitate to UPS the one needed and had it in 3 days. I was able to tow my new travel trailer with confidence. The quality is pristine. Also, we had questions and all safety concerns were addressed very professionally. I am very pleased with my investment. Having this fully hidden hitch and maintaining my BMW with its original appearance is priceless. 100% recommended product. Thank for everything.

I chose to install it myself. I am an above average DIY person. I loved that the bumper is not completely hacked up. I have a sport package and you can't even tell the hitch is there when it is not on. the hitch itself is well made and the stainless billet block prevents corrosion from being a pain. I recently added the bike rack carrier attachment and drove cross country, no problem!
