Very impressed with the flexibility of this hitch kit. Completely invisible when not needed and fully functional when required. I was pleased with customer service response time and detail when I had initial questions about the product. As the only hitch that I could find that fit my X5M, I’m very happy that it turned out to be a premium product.

I'm loving the hitch! After having a problem with ordering, they resolved my issue and took care of me in the end. Everything is well built and looks great. The instructions were pretty good, just a couple of problems with the steps but, I figured it out. Worth the money!

Great package

When I opened the kit, I was very happy to see everything is extremely well built, and the instructions were quite doable. I was intimidated with having to remove the tail lights, bumper, and many clips, but once I was following the guide it was all very smooth and everything fits perfectly. Very impressed with how solid this thing is.
