Working with Richard and the SH team has been a pleasure, even if you run into challenges these guys are amazing and all about making it right ASAP.

Hitch fit perfectly and was a snap to install. Getting to that point was a different story. Very difficult and time consuming to get to the back tail light bolts and unclipping the rear fascia. Also, use a multitude to cut the under panel. It worked very well. Once put back together, it's perfect for my needs.

Richard the operations manager was exceptional in regards to customer service. Assuring me that they stand behind their products. It fits perfectly.
