United StatesHitch is great. Easily installed it myself with some help on the initial setting in place. Exactly as promised and expected. Instructions had steps that were not needed and kit had extra wire -- video was a better resource, but instructions could be better. After bad experience with another hitch seller and because my kit was missing some part I had to deal with support more than I wish on anyone. However, Samantha was awesome and handled everything promptly and perfectly! From personally assuring me my hitch would arrive in time, to getting replacement part quickly, and even getting quick answer to an install question. I wish every company had such great support.
United StatesProduct packaging was good. Instructions are easy to follow and finished product is as advertised. Installed on a 2020 Telluride and the biggest selling point for me at the time was that it did not require a new lower valance be installed and when not in use, the hitch is completely out of site. The only issue, which I overcame, was some hardware was missing from the sealed package. Great product and I will recommend to others.
United StatesMy hitch was delivered quickly. I installed it myself after watching an installation video and it was fairly easy. The hardest part was torquing the bolts to spec but then I am 67 and not as strong as I used to be. The one issue I had was with the wiring and I found out that I didn’t need to run the wire from the controller to the battery. I just had to connect the controller into the car’s wiring harness and add the supplied 20 amp fuse. It’s great not having to look at a hitch sticking out of the back of the car.
