Excellent product--great design

This is an excellent product; I received superior customer support and response to my questions. The installation was straightforward. The hitch is well designed and the quality of the product is excellent. I found the installation instructions informative, though there was some variation on the bumper cover assembly on my car (B8.5 Audi S5 coupe) compared to the model used in the instructions (small inconvenience). Overall, this is a great product.
